What is a fun fact that few people know about you?

In my youth, I competed at the national level in track and field for Ecuador (my home country) and was featured in magazines.

How do you like to spend your free time?

Building legos, movies, trying new places to eat, spending time with my wife and pets.

My parents—for their perseverance during difficult times and all of the sacrifices. Also my wife for always being by my side and making me a better person. I wouldn’t be who I am or where I am today without them.

Helping our clients with the work that I do and the company culture.

What is your favorite work project and why?

Tarleton State Convocation Center because it was my first sports venue of this magnitude and the challenges it presented that made me a better engineer. Also, the impact that this project has in the community.

What advice would you give to your 13-year-old self?

Listen more than you speak, cherish genuine friendships, and prioritize your well-being. Embrace curiosity, be open to new experiences, and trust that the future holds unexpected opportunities.
