This project was a complicated renovation of a building that was originally a Neiman Marcus department store and most recently served as a school. Some of the original electrical panels still had markings for things like “Salon,” and it was difficult to find accurate records for both the original and renovated facility. LTY provided all MEP engineering design for this project and worked with the architect and owner to address a major area of concern: preventing the basement from flooding when the building’s fire safety system alerted.
