This project included renovations and additions to Blinn College’s Leroy Dreyer Field. The highlight of the project is a new 5,500-square-foot clubhouse with a new team locker room, showers, a training room, and a club room for guests. Renovations included upgrades to the dugout, coaches’ offices, concession stands, press box, public restrooms, seating, and field. This project was conducted in phases to accommodate the team’s competition schedule. LTY provided all MEP design services for this project.
