Houston Community College–Education Building

LTY teamed up with two architect partners, Harrison Kornberg Architects and PBK Architects, to design the first building on Houston Community College’s new Katy campus. The building, which opened in August 2022, serves as the college’s primary education building with plans to expand the campus. Located north of Interstate 10 off Colonial Parkway, the three-story building houses administrative offices, classrooms, study rooms, computer labs, science labs, a student lounge, and a library, among other spaces. LTY provided all MEP design services for this project.
