Magnolia Intermediate School

LTY Engineers worked with PBK Architects on this new construction project, which is a freestanding facility adjacent to Magnolia Junior High School. Designed specifically for fifth and sixth grade students, the new 140,000-square-foot facility features open learning spaces, fine arts rooms, dedicated science classrooms, computer labs, a gymnasium, and flexible learning spaces. LTY’s work for this project included all MEP design and featured VRF air conditioning systems, LED light fixtures and tankless gas water heaters.
