Magnolia Intermediate School

LTY Engineers worked with PBK Architects on this new construction project, which is a freestanding facility adjacent to Magnolia Junior High School. Designed specifically for fifth and sixth grade students, the new 140,000 s.f. facility features open learning spaces, fine arts rooms, dedicated science classrooms, computer labs, a gymnasium, and flexible learning spaces. LTY’s work for this project included all MEP design and featured VRF air conditioning systems, LED light fixtures and tankless gas water heaters.
