Originally opened in 1951, Rundell Hall was one of the first buildings constructed when Lee College established its own campus in Baytown. The building, which includes both classrooms and a conference center, was closed in 2006 due to disrepair. After extensive renovations, which included replacement of the transformer, backup generator, fire alarm system, installation of security and data systems, new lighting and HVAC equipment and much more, Rundell reopened in January 2015 and is now a convenient one-stop shop for essential student services. Lee Truong & Yu provided all MEP design services for this project.
