Sam Houston State University Mafrige Field House Renovation

LTY and PBK Sports continue their successful partnership with renovations to Ron Mafrige Field House at Sam Houston State University. The interior of the 27,000-square-foot building was completely demolished and renovated. The new interior space includes a lobby area, locker rooms, meeting rooms, a learning enhancement center, an administrative suite, and coaches’ offices. There are also designated areas for the football and track & field programs, as well as special areas for officials and the sports medicine team. Completed in September 2021, the $15.6-million building was a CMAR project with White Construction as the general contractor. LTY provided all MEP design services.
