Sumeer Elementary School

This $25.5-million new construction opened in August 2023. It is a new 80,000-square-foot elementary school with a capacity of 884 students and 69 faculty and staff. Sumeer also has a storm shelter with a capacity of approximately 1,075 occupants. The project is part of the district’s 2021 bond. LTY provided all MEP design services for this project, which had the least RFIs and CPRs of all the district’s current bond projects.
