Audubon Elementary School

This new elementary school is approximately 105,000 square feet and located in Magnolia’s Audubon development. The two-story building will be able to house approximately 900 pre-K to fourth-grade students with amenities including a cafeteria, gymnasium, library, and an area dedicated to students with special needs. There also will be several Large Group Instruction (LGI) areas including learning stairs and an outdoor learning center. LTY is providing all MEP design services for this project.
