Intermediate School #3

Magnolia ISD’s newest intermediate school will be a 135,000-square-foot building located on Magnolia Parkway. The two-story building will be home to approximately 1,200 fifth- and sixth-grade students. The school will feature a cafeteria, a 600-seat gymnasium, an outdoor covered P.E. area, a fine-arts wing, several Large Group Instruction (LGI) areas, and an area dedicated to students with special needs. LTY is providing all MEP design services for this project.
