Junior High School #3

Magnolia ISD’s newest junior high school will be a 185,000-square-foot building located across FM 1488 from the Magnolia Parkway campus. The two-story building will be home to approximately 1,200 seventh- and eighth-grade students. The school will feature a cafeteria with stage, two gymnasiums (including a 600-seat competition gymnasium), a fine-arts wing, several Large Group Instruction (LGI) areas, an area dedicated to students with special needs, tennis courts, and a competition junior high school football stadium. LTY is providing all MEP design services for this project.
