Davis Player Development Center Renovations

This 2,100-square-foot renovation/expansion is used by the football team for strength training. It also provides a state-of-the-art nutrition center featuring a football-shaped “halo” light above the illuminated countertop as the centerpiece. There is also a dedicated pantry, as well as reach-in, grab-n-go refrigerators, soft seating, tables, and bar height seating.

Renovations included a corridor referred to as “The Tunnel” that links the addition with the weight room and contains recruiting touch points where coaches have deliberate and meaningful conversations with prospective recruits. LTY provided all MEP consulting services for this project.
