The Gibb Gilchrist Building at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, was built in 2008 to house Texas Transportation Institute. After TTI moves to its new headquarters on the university’s RELLIS campus in Bryan, the 67,000-square-foot Gilchrist Building will be renovated to house the Department of Health and Kinesiology. Among the $7 million renovations are new offices, classrooms and laboratories. LTY is providing all MEP design services for this project.
